We turned to nutritional supplement beverges when issues like high blood pressure, lower back pain, pre-diabetes, severe hot flashes, eczema, weight gain, low thyroid, etc.  began to limit our activities and lifestyle and to require prescription medications. We didn't want to be on a lot of drugs, but we DID want to live long and healthy so we could enjoy the life we'd built and see our grandchildren grow up.
